About Me
My work integrates Somatic Experiencing® (SE™), breathwork, and the principles of individual, ancestral, and collective trauma integration. I support people in safely navigating the path of transformation and re-committing to life as the beautiful, textured, and creative process that it is.
My personal and professional journey has been diverse. I was a Fulbright Fellow in Mongolia, a journalist in Cambodia, and completed an MFA in Creative Writing at Columbia University. I’ve served as a writer and producer for National Geographic, Discovery, and Smithsonian; studied mythology and pastoral care in Berkeley; and worked as a storyteller and creative producer within nonprofit and tech sectors in San Francisco. These experiences continue to shape the depth, presence, and sensitivity I bring to my work.
My core trainings include: Somatic Experiencing®, founded by Dr. Peter Levine; Timeless Wisdom Training and Collective Trauma Facilitation with Thomas Hübl; Advanced Breathwork with David Elliott; and Breathwork Mastery with The Breath Space.
It is my greatest honor to walk with others on the path of healing and transformation—work that helps seed a more coherent and compassionate collective narrative.
